For the YSS, we provide the following options to register for the meeting

1. Meeting + Accommodation (2 nights):
   Registration includes entrance to the meeting, lunches/coffee breaks, social event and meeting dinner on 11th of May, and includes the hotel accommodation in the conference hotel (Radisson Blu, Hasselt) for 2 nights including breakfast (from 10-12th of May).
   The registration fee = 570 Euro. To register, use this link.
   
   
2. Meeting + Accommodation (3 nights):
   as per bullet 1, but an additional night is added incl. breakfast (so from 10-13th of May).
   The registration fee = 700 Euro. To register, use this link.
   
   
3. Meeting only:
   Registration includes entrance to the meeting, lunches/coffee breaks, social event and meeting dinner.
   If you use this option, you need to book your hotel reservation separately. The conference hotel is the Radisson Blu in Hasselt. To book your room at conference rate, mail to meetings.hasselt@radissonblu.com
   The registration fee (meeting only) = 305 Euro. To register, use this link
   
   

Cancellation policy: Cancellation needs to be done 14 days before the meeting start date.
Payment of the full conference fee will be required if canceled after that date or on “no-show”.
